We base quotes on apartment size, number of rooms, and current condition. After a brief description or photos from you, we provide a written estimate before scheduling, so there are no surprises on cleaning day.
Apartments left in poor condition after a long tenancy, or with visible grime buildup, may require additional time and a slightly adjusted quote. We always confirm this with you before starting the job.
We accept cash and bank transfer payments upon completion of the cleaning service. For recurring residential cleaning arrangements, we can also set up monthly invoicing on request.
For standard move-in or move-out bookings, no deposit is required. For larger apartments or peak moving season, we may request partial payment in advance to confirm your reserved time slot.
If any area was missed or does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the specific issue at no additional charge, within the original service agreement.
